Big EVE

Ah this is for a mutants and masterminds game I'll start this week with a couple friends. Its the third time I try to play mutants and masterminds xD and before I never managed, but the third time is the charm I hope!
the premisse is that they'll have some understated powers and it will be kind of a noir thing perhaps? So no flashing lights and magicks unfortunatelly. But I think it will be fun
