Arisa Yuuki/Riser Oceanus

Arisa Yuuki is a 2nd-year typical high-school student at Tokyo High School. Arisa is the functioning leader and overachiever of the team. Aside from being a cheerleader members, she is also an idol rising star and is concerned about his homework. She balances his duties as a Ultrariser and a student.

Her awakening as an Ultrariser came after a monster attack in which same accident as other friends which she tries to save citizens from Hades Army in which the Ultrapower of Water created a barrier to protect both of them, and she has given her Oceanus TimeWatcher Morph in the process. Using the Oceanus TimeWatcher Morph, Arisa transforms into Riser Oceanus, the Ultrariser formed by combination with 'Brave' in his body and uses its power. His marine-colored suit's design is based on the God Greek Oceanus with his helmet having the Whale Motif. Oceanus Ultrapower specializes in super-range combat and harnesses Water Energy in her attacks, including her punching move "Water Wave Smash", her kicking move "Hyper Wave Kick", and her killing moves "Maritime Sea Crush" in her side armor. Riser Oceanus main weapon is the mecha bazooka style "Oceanus Blaster", which can be unsheathed for better offensive capability and can be re-sheathed to charge up her Ultrapower of Water for her signature finisher, "Oceanic Beam", which releases a destructive wave of blazing shots from her mecha bazooka. She later picks up a more powerful finisher, "Big Watery Blaze" which is a backhand mecha bazooka that releases a single wave of extremely powerful blazing shots to counter more powerful enemies.
