In the unshineの世界のクッパ校長Jr.が調査している時空の歪みのうちの1つから現れたもう1人の【異次元の迷い人】。
この人物がメテオクリスタルのリオス本人なのか、はたまた別次元の存在なのかは当人に委ねます。(個人的には区別しているつもりです)

Another [lost person from another dimension] who emerged from one of the space-time distortions that Principal Bowser Jr. is investigating in the world of In the unshine.
Whether this person is Rios himself of the Meteor Crystal or an existence from another dimension is left to the author's will. (I personally intend to distinguish between the two.)
