Safire's flames

After her grandmother's death, Wilma wanted to have a redheaded daughter (to name her after her grandmother) but despite living in the 25th Century, she didn't alter the twins meaning she had a sliver-haired boy with ice powers and a blonde daughter with fire powers(a pun on silver and gold). The twins were inspired by the "Spider-man and his Amazing Friends" cartoon characters Ice Man and Firestar during the 80s.

Wilma's wish does come true when her great-granddaughter's name is after the grandmother, Jean II from granddaughter-in-law Tyra
