Not myself

I had a bad mental state recently, where I stopped feeling like I was "me". It wasn't that I felt tired, depressed, weary, sad, or anything else, it was that "I" wasn't feeling anything, "I" wasn't there. The night it happened I drew on my sketchpad, and expressed the feelings.
