On January 30th, 2007, the Windows Vista Operating System, was released.

When everyone believed that it was going to revolutionize and surpass Windows XP, no one saw it coming that it would be considered one of the worst.

This system had many new features and improvements to offer, but all were overshadowed by its high resource consumption, incompatibility and instability.

Here I present the OS-tan, Hikaru Madobe!
A strong, charismatic girl who did everything she could to please the world, but the world turned its back on her.

This drawing was one of my favorites, I loved finally drawing an OS-tan besides to Saisho in full body.

It is true that she is highly similar to an existing one, the design is one of my favorites, so Hikaru itself is a tribute to her.
