My tiefling Paul dropped below 0 HP after the party fought a giant millipede in a gladiatorial arena... While I made death rolls, an entity on the other side of Death offered him knowledge in exchange for service. Paul is now a bard-warlock. An eye opened in his forehead. It hurts. It hurts badly. He tries not to complain, but what has been seen CANNOT be unseen. This is why he drinks alcohol.
