Elladian Charmander

The finale starter of the Elláda Region is a Regional Variant of Charmander, the Water Lizard pokemon!

Charmander of the Elláda Region are pure Water Types.

My Inspiration: colors from magikarp/Mermaids/Fish

Dex Entry: Due to the vast amount of water in the Elláda Region Charmander has adapted into a water type. Elládian Charmander are fast swimmers, they can reach speeds up to 100mph in the water. Although do to their aquatic nature they are somewhat sluggish and slow on dry land.
