[7/8 WIP] Coming along nicely...

* Lot of features still missing, most accs are placeholders. I sort of 'pre-assemble' the model with the placeholder accs to get the general feel for it, and to guage if it's possible to really create the character or not.
* As it stands, yeah, I think I can do this. Even better, I think I can pull off the entire cloak on, cloak off look with just 1 model, with full S5 standards.
* The part used for the two-forked long pony tail is killing me. Despite being an acc part, it's a rare case where the DB doesn't really kick in at all. So as of current it's basically same as being set to 'rigid.' I may change to other part just for the movement, but the problem is, visually, this one is simply the best. Goddamit.
