Ah, Ms. "Mom Jokes" who always feels as weightless as her element of air. Yes, her pilot goggles are differently colored because: "Why keep all the heterochromic fun for my eyes, eh?"
Now, for her unique characteristics, from her sisters:

*Element is air, so she wears sky-centered colors: grays/white for clouds, blues for the way our sky is of the same hue
*Dressed like a pilot: scarf, gloves, jacket, boots...
*Hair and tail always look like they're being blasted by a jet of air
*Red eye is the orangish red of the sunsetting sky, while blue eye is the expected: "sky blue"
*Her face is always in a joking grin and her eyes reflect her intrigued/curious nature
*Nostrils are small and up in the top of her nose
