Who is Hilda?
The Hilda character I've covered a few hours ago is from the Under Night In-Birth franchise being one of the leaders and once of the founders of Amnesia. She serves as the secondary antagonist in the story.
Hilda was the eleventh character added into the original UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH as post launch content, though she debuted as a boss character in Arcade Mode beforehand.
"The evil boss responsible for the recent events. She leads a group of talented power-wielders, known as Amnesia, and she herself is infamous, Paradox, However she has heard of a being greater than In-Births, the Re-Births, she has sought out and yearned to become one. "Eternity", "Princess of the Night Blade" "Insulator" and the Hallow Night... Immortalize. Confirming all the pieces to the puzzle have gathered, she ventures off to guarantee her own agenda is seen through. The curtains on her stage rise.
As leader and founder of Amnesia, Hilda thinks that the Hollow Night demands brand new rules and more freedom. However in order to accomplish her ambitions, she has been aiming to become a Re-Birth to overpower every those who pose a threat against her. She has keen interested in the Autonomic Nerves and the Indulgence of Insulation as minions who will aid her.
Hilda utilises an ability called Paradox, the EXS of Light and Darkness but to add a mix, it's a fusion of both formed from Hilda's natural EX ability of manipulating light, and her weapon the Dress o Darkness: Masquerade granting her the power to conduct darkness. The Masquerade ability has made an corruption to Hilda's light manipulation, thus creating Paradox.
Why should she be in Smash Bros?
Not as a fighter, but rather as a boss. There has never been any true female bosses present in any Smash Bros title at all so Hilda would make perfect sense as a boss representative and we can finally get ourselves a true female boss featured in the Super Smash Bros franchise at long last.
