At a young age, she was diagnosed with an incurable disease and has been at the hospital ever since. Because her condition is so rare, she was treated as a lab rat- including the experiment that takes place in this game. A shady organization conducted an mass experiment on an deserted island where everyone fights to the death. When you enter the abandoned school location, Sissela will comment that "I too, wanted to learn art at school...". So I wanted to draw a bittersweet scene where she is able to achieve her long-standing dream.
