H175MRR (AAWP)
H175MRR is specially modified version of standard H175MT for SIGINT role.Main changes include include set of different antennas and additional fule tanks mounted internally in order to increase time-on-station. The SIGINT system mounted on the helicopter is designed to conduct radio-electronic reconnaissance in the frequency range from 20 to 18,000 MHz. It is used to collect reconnaissance data about radio communication and radiolocation systems, analyze the parameters of detected signals, conduct radio tracking of sources at selected frequencies, capture and record information transmitted in communication systems, measure the azimuths of the radiation source as well as store, process and displaying acquired data. This particular version of H175MT was first designed by ZZL (Zachodnie Zakłady Lotnicze) and is produced in Airbus Helicopters Western Poland factory located in Zielona Góra which was constructed by the end of 2032. First two prototypes were built in Germany in July 2031 where they passed all necessary tests. At the beginning of Polish Border Conflict in May of 2034, total of 4 H175MRRs were in service in AAWP. It is thanks to this helicopters that EAADA forces in Western Poland could start preparing defenses two days prior to Eastern Poland offensive. In total Western Poland acquired 10 of this helicopters out of which 8 was locally built throughout the war. It is also used by several other EAADA member nations. It have crew of 3.
H175MRRs were among first helicopters equipped with PSK-39-4H DIRCM as standard due to their high importance on battlefield.
Presented H175MRR belongs to 192nd Aviation Brigade and have tactical number "08". Despite its tactical number, it was first H175MRR built in Western Poland in October 2033. It was crew of this helicopter that intercepted an unencrypted message flying along the border with Eastern Poland at night of May 19th 2034 and forwarded it to HQ in Żagań thanks to which EAADA forces had ~8h to prepare defenses. This helicopter served through entire conflict up until July 2037 when it damaged beyond repair in last cruise missile strike of the war on July 3rd, two days before signing of peace treaty.
