Dasein and Existenz

"Dasein is a being that does not simply occur among other beings. Rather it is ontically distinguished by the fact that in its being this being is concerned about its very being. Thus it is constitutive of the being of Dasein to have, in its very being, a relation of being to this being." (Martin Heidegger)

Dasein and Existenz are a duo of philosophical concepts created by Martin Heidegger and Karl Jaspers, that have took upon physical form. What Dasein and Existenz meant has been widely debated on, no more than the two aforementioned philosophers. To Heidegger, Dasein refers to the beings that we are, humans, specifically the experiences of being that is particular to humans, while Existenz is the "Being" of Dasein. Meanwhile, to Jaspers, Dasein referred to existence in its most minimal sense, the realm of objectivity and science, while Existenz was a greater realm of authentic being. Nonetheless, the correlation between the two is clear as day. As long as one exists, the other will.

Certain facts that must hold true about the two have been picked up, however. One, is that they exist beyond even the Spiral, and its original form as the First and Zeroth Worlds. Thus, they are incomprehensible even to the Spiral Triad and the Trimurti. Additionally, despite them embodying human experience, because they exist outside of their spheres of influence, they do not truly comprehend said experience, and remain curious about humanity. Lastly, they have a weird link to Boundary Situations and Last Embryos, such that just as much as they are mankind's toughest and most innate trials, they also empower and refine Dasein and Existenz.
