Jingliu WIP 2 - change of plans

I thought about going with a lot easier background and comfy clothes, but Hoyolab announced a contest for her! So, I had to change my plans Mid-way! That's why this piece is still a WIP. I'm sorry but can you guys wait a bit more? I'll try my best to render the piece!
