[10/27 Update] New project

I've thought of doing this one when I first watched the "Soiree" MV, but didn't think I'd use it for the first project of my return from rest. But as I've said, just doing minor tweaks and reupping cards feels like cheating, and makes me feel incapable.

So I thought it might be a nice one to add in to the collection of cards as they're updated.

I'm not thinking of moving to BRP14 just yet. The move would probably happen if a BRP15 came out, since I tend to move over every 5 versions of BRP.

(ps) Sorry if anyone expecting on work to resume on Ollie -- I've actually met a bit of a snag where I need to decide if I'd just make compromises despite inaccuracy, or find a way. Still in the phase of experimenting with a few things, so I appreciate your patience.
