Zach in Ann's Shoe

Got inspired by a certain pose I found online, but it seems I did not capture it fully.

So Ann found a tiny Zach pinned to the heel of her shoe for Lord knows how long. How he got there, or even wondering how he managed to survive being pinned there and only emerge dazed, it's all up to speculation. All around a silly drawing, so again, try not to think too much, alright?
