A comic where her OC Jasmine uses a collar that gives her huge power, but it might corrupts her.
How I see this is more a "She was given the collar to use in emergency cases, however, with use, the collar will wear out and when it breaks, it will corrupt the last user, granting him/her/they/it/that a huge power"
