Who Knocked up the Director?

Hikari and Kotone Shiomi thought of an elaborate prank. Kotone lets Hikari unbirth her so she can pull off the pregnant look. Hikari peeks around the corner with her Kotone filled womb and notices Futaba, Makoto Yuki, and Chie talking to each other. Hikari pretends to be angry and walks over to the group to show off what they done to her while thinks to herself how pleasantly it feels to have Kotone in her womb.
