(DTYIS) Dr. Weil

You remember that sketch of Dr. Weil I did a few days ago that was based on his shot from Zero 4? Well, I had the urge to complete it. I mean, can you blame me? I love the Mega Man Zero series. I know I've been talking about that series a lot recently, but honestly, I felt like I haven't shown as much love for the Zero series as I did with the X series, considering that MMZ is my second favorite Mega Man series, so what the hey.

If you were to ask me who my favorite villain in the Mega Man series is, it would be Weil. Weil is, in my opinion, the most intimidating villain in the franchise, and also one that I feel like he's executed perfectly. I never found him one-note like Wily from Classic or Serpent from ZX, he wasn't a flat-out clown like Sigma, Dr. Weil is a good example of a great villain. This isn't bias because I love the Zero series, I genuinely think he's the best Mega Man villain, and a great antagonist overall.
