Fan Art - Penny Gadget (1)

I've been experimenting with Clip Studio Paint and the Wacom Cintiq 16 I bought months ago, which both have been a completely new learning curve.

At the same time I discovered and watched an Inspector Gadget cartoon I didn't know it existed called "Gadget and the Gadgetinis." I watched all the episodes and fell in love with Penny Gadget. (Now I understand why people like her.) So I drew her.

I plan to transition fully into Clip Studio Paint and relegate Paint Tool SAI, which I've been using since 2014.

As a reference, I used a frame from the episode called "Gopher Broke" (Season 1, Episode 10).
