Titled "Red"

After the events of arkham knight, the red hood is asked by oracle to check out the remnants of the factory.He soon finds out 2 titans known as Bron and Candy cat are fighting for territory.The first one to kill the Red hood rules over the factory completely.

So of course Batman is gone by now, so I wanted to give Jason Todd the spotlight, and he doesnt mind killing.These titans were so powerful they couldnt be under the control of the Prototype, thus were locked away in the deepest parts of the factory, but somehow got free.
