Charro Days Lucia

In my local area, a celebration titled Charro Days is taking place. It is a two-nation celebration that takes place in certain areas of the U.S. and Mexican border that celebrates local heritage. I decided to draw Lucia in a Charro Days dress. I think she looks very beautiful.
