L 20e Battleship

Starting from 1916 the Imperial German Navy started to create a series of capital ships as base designs to be chosen for the the post war fleet. At first 2 kinds of capital ships were proposed:
L series of Linienschiffe - Battleships, and GK series of Großekreuzer - Big/Battlecruisers but starting from late 1917 early 1918 a new kind of vessel was included using the same GK designation but with a different meaning: Schnelle Großkampfschiffe - Fast Capitalship eg Fast Battleships.
Among the L series or true battleships, the L 20 variants are the most well known. Here I show you the "e" variant which was the 2nd longest among the variants but otherwise looks the almost the same as the others.
Interestingly only the 1918 Fast Battleship/Battlecruiser GK series featured the 15cm AA gun, the L series were to be equipped by the standard 8,8cm AA guns of the fleet

Speed: 46km/h (25knots)

4x2 42cm/45 SK L/45 C/16 cannons
12x1 15cm/45 SK L/45 C/16 guns
8x1 8,8cm/45 FlaK L/45 C/13 AA guns
3x1 600mm Underwater torpedo tube
