These rulers and monarchs of the island are deemed important to the economy of the Antarctica Empire because they represent the leaders of the army and prove that the pengus are organized like other beings.
The ruler of the Antarctica Empire was Pengu Emperor, who was the figurehead of the Empire. He was more powerful than his son and daughter who were the monarchs and commanders of the Empire, Pengu King and Pengu Queen.
The Emperor was the brave hero for his people, as he sealed the ultimate evil of the "Final World". The Emperor was older but more powerful than his son and daughter.
His son, the Pengu King was envious of him and was a traitorous pengu because he plans to backstab his father, he is responsible for commanding his fellows to steal resources to increase the military strength of the Empire.
His daughter, the Pengu Queen, has a beautiful figure but was cruel and intelligent pengu. Her minions adores her as much as she adores them.
The Pengu Hero was the hero of Pengu Royal Family, also known as the Prince of Antarctica Empire. He led his troops to numerous victories in many battles. He was feared and known for his special saber made by his grandfather.
After their deaths, they were resurrected by the necromancers who used them as the instruments of their revenge. Their undead and corrupted form are even more powerful than themselves.
