Hikiko san(ひきこさん)

Hikiko san is a modern yokai, introduced in 2001.Hikiko only appears when it's raining. She appears as a woman with long black hair, wearing an old kimono. She drags people to death.
in life she was called Mori Hikiko,and was abused and bullied. people would often drag poor Hikiko around.Now as Hikiko san, she haunts the streets in the rain, looking for victims.
