The Paragons are the direct functions of IS (the truest form of Anu) and IS NOT (the truest form of Padomay) and the very first of their creations. They are primarily worshipped by the Wanderer's Library. The first seven Paragons, the Paragons of Names, Time, Form, Power, Life, Soul and Knowledge were made by IS, while the last two, the Paragons of Decay and Death, were made by IS NOT.

According to the Wanderer's Library, IS and IS NOT existed before everything else, starting off with them dreaming a collective dream of the totality of existence and all beyond. Eventually, IS awoke for reasons unknown, and sought to make that dream reality, sainting it ALL THERE IS. However, in its too complex mind, the world was too formless and chaotic. Thus, IS created the Paragons to better process the creation of ALL THERE IS. The first was the Paragon of Names, who gave up its original name to name ALL THERE IS, along with the eight other succeeding Paragons. One by one, the Paragons helped add a layer to ALL THERE IS, eventually making the world as we know it today.

It is said that the Paragon of Knowledge, Runheia, was the original, undifferentiated, combined state of Vishnu and The Serpent (Satan).
