Owl Babes in uniform

Luz and Willow in Bonnie and Kenji’s SPD Uniforms. I also slightly redesigned Luz in the picture to highlight black features. I did have to experiment with Willow/Kenji's drip, since Sam's uniform is not well seen or visible outside of a brief appearance in the finale of SPD. So I used the pattern of Tetsu's uniform in Dekaranger, since he's Sam Japanese counterpart.
