Takanashi Hoshino
Aight I've spent like almost a month drawing. I'm really starting to feel kinda feel lacking creativity. I couldn't focus on just drawing since I have school internship that takes most of my time everyday, I'm trying my best to convince one of my supervisors to trach me how to digitally draw so I can use that workiing as intern to draw and learn faster because I spend 1-2 hrs drawing and it's not everyday, but when I'm feeling enthusiastic to continue my drawings I spend like 2-3 hrs until I'm really tired but I also trying to avoid fatigue like I don't want to drawing evrytime because that'll kill my passion. That applies to everything, you don't wanna keep doing your hobby or fun activities the whole day or most of the time because you'll feel tired doing it and will start to feel like it's a work and the fun in it will be gone so I want to balance my excitement with boredom. I'll gtaduate this July this isn't my first drawing I'll post them here soon but I'll have to explore this app or website because I'm new here and I don't know what will happen next. I'm trying to improve to become one of you guys, sometimes when I look at my art I'm starting to think maybe I'm really bad at this but I quickly change my perspective I compare them to others and see what I'm lack of and based on my observations those are;
- Lack of anatomy knowledge
- Doesn't know anything about background
- Lack of perspective
- Needs more creativity
- Inconsistent workflow
- Rendering inconsistency
Although, I have a workflow on rendering I just lack knowledge of doing it. same goes with drawing rought and line arts like what Am I doing? btw I use a reference on doing this Hoshino art right here and as you can tell, the back is pretty much dumb and kinda ruined the subject or the focal point. I eanna improve because this is something I want to substitute or alternative to my gaming, like I don't want to play games all the time when I have free time or all day, I want to do something else that I would definitely happy in order to kill time and seem productive. honestly speaking I'm using my Phone to draw and I bought one of those generic stylus pen the ones without bluetooth, I'll I want to learn those stuffs that I mentioned above. I'm not rich to buy some kind of drawing tablets or courses I only rely on what resources I can have so some help or teachings will definitely do. Also I want to add that I don't much time drawing just like I mentioned, I have school Internship that expected to be finished by the end or mid of May. I drew this art like 7 or 9 days and probably took me like 10 hours of doing it in total so that's have limited my time to learn and to try I start intership 9-6 and when I get home I'm super tired but I think I must say No when my friends asks me to hop on the lobby to play I should focus on drawing more. I don't do commissions btw because I don't really have the knowledge to do so and I doubt the result would be good. i have more stories to tell.
