Ogre Club - Sniper

I'll NEVER AGAIN sketch with an outline brush. it took me 16 days to finish 2 of my works for this month, and this is one of them.

Lore:
Behind every world government, there is always evil inside of it. the Beliefs of dark tyrants lurking through the government have haunted the western half of the world, but the other eastern half didn't realize it has clutched their nation as well. These are the ones believed to be governmental elites, driven by dark ritual, empowered with a hateful grudge against the "One Lord Above All" itself, known by half of the world as the Illuminati, but they come with the name "Hydra Covenant". but Eventually, their existence was discovered and their grudge is revealed, bringing horrors and tragedy to the world for their grudge over the One Lord's Fear & Distrust of the world itself if it wasn't because of the Scourge and their leaking of the Covenant's file buried beneath the White House.

That tragedy struck Japan, one of many lands of the Gods...along with their society who never realized they are turned into slaughter lambs for the One Lord himself or a slave to the Lord of Terror. not only that, the leaked file shows that the majority of the world's humans including them, are victimized by their demonic rituals & experiment in order to corrupt their hidden Nephilim Blood and their Gods's gifted nation, all to grow more realizing horror to One Lord himself. but all is too late...everything is exposed. fueled by this humiliation for their own weakness, Nephilims around the world, gather in Japan, led by the victims of the ritual themselves, named Ogre Club. led by a duo...Kaname Ogami the 4-Armed Samurai, and the Half-Horned Valkyr, Hikaru Ogura, who was a victim of their experiment 40 years ago, reawakened from her cryosleep in 2023. They have sworn to gain revenge on the demonic cults, along with anyone who dares to stain their precious gods who have gifted their lands and for stripping their humanity to the demons, commonly called by them as Goat-Beast.

Unit Info:
Inhibiting the Cells of a Kappa, Ogre Club's Sniper are perhaps the only sniper in the all the 6 faction that can go aquatic, sniping from the water to surface, and even the ability to water-walking and dive into water...all thanks to their cursed blood inherited by the Ogre Kings from the Lunar Trolls Council itself.

so yeah...when I'm trying to create a Japanese sniper with absolute DRIP, i can't help but think reference from shadow fight and fire emblem fates to create this. and what better than an aquatic sniper? so yeah i put small Kappa elements on their uniform (except their bald hair ghillie hoodie)
