Spoony Bard

Is this what Tellah meant in Final Fantasy 4 when he called Edward a "Spoony Bard?"  They thought there may've been a translation issue originally, but I think they were pretty spot on~  Leastwise, Octive certainly agrees this is what they meant-not like he's in a position to oppose! XD
