Ok I tried my hand at making a custom mercenary faction for BLKOUT (I apologize I'm not a writer)

The White Fangs
The discarded military minded men and women have to go somewhere so they join up with the White Fangs

Here they are forged into a cooperative fighting force with a predilection towards weapons the UN consider war crimes (explosion ammo, pressure knives, excessive use of monofilament shotguns, ect) to take down their betters. Victory hunts in packs.
