Dallas, Texas, USA, was the location where Kokone Fuwa and Amane Kasai went on a top-secret mission as agents of "Lycoris" to write a series of histories on the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States and J.D. Tippit, a Dallas police officer by Lee Harvey Oswald. After their first mission was completed, they began a new mission accompanying police departments throughout the US and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to apprehend the crime syndicates and criminals.
