IC PRESENTS: MEME!
Not that kind of artwork, but a woman named Meme!

Meme is from Parallel Paradise manga; she debuted in chapter 256 as an unnamed woman, alongside two other women she claimed to be “sisters”. Her name is revealed in chapter 258.

Meme visits IC-TURIN building, only to find out that no one is here, being disappointed for such. However, she doesn’t realize that there’s a spooky advertisement behind her, hence no one visits this part of the mall.

While her outfit here is the official one, as seen on chapter 260 cover, it’s tweaked for some reasons (like no steel shoulder pads). Meanwhile, the color here is from me, while waiting for official ones coming from the manga’s creator himself.
