Unshackled: cpt Alevan Sturn

Captain Sturn. The man whom you deploy when you want the small in-the-field victories. Soldiers followed him without a word because they knew he'd bring them victory. In a way, for the average foot-soldier in the field, he was like Captain America (even though comics...and America for that matter is not a thing there).
When off the field he was the pinnacle of quiet humorless stoicism. But when in battle, he was viscous, almost feral. Often preferring melee to fire arms. The program he signed up for had him be fitted with a so-called archivist nano chip (yes they had chips in the 40s there). The chip recorded his experiences and memories. When he finally fell in battle, the military science division had him cloned many times. Each clone was then fed his recorded memories and experiences. Of course, this drove the clones insane, turning them into these rabid, grinning and cackling savages. The clones laughed and screamed as they tore their enemies apart, and all said enemies saw before dying were their grotesque all-too-wide smiles.
