Weapon 06 : Light Staff

The 6th and last starting weapon of the Before Light Open World Game. The intelligence weapon of the bunch. We'll be starting on wacky stuff next.
p.s. Players won't need staffs to perform incantations and memory spells, but the staff greatly enhances casting speed and cast power, so, still valid build, I guess. We'll only know in the future.
