[五象 - 朱雀 1] Forward Bend

This is the opening position of the curative techniques practiced by the disciples of the Southern School of the Mountain Crane.

The Embodier begins powering up their ki whilst this posture is activated, with a full forward fold generating more Ki.

They will need to activate their hip and leg joints further to use curative abilities.
