should be a "quick scene" but didnt put as much effort onto it as I could thus does not look as good I wish it would, oh well gotta try again, looks like I'm better with dark near night scenes than jsut plain daytime scenes. Least I got to do least a bit of a quick "civil" scene I needed to do. Actually never drawn REDACTED with open mouth just because he's mostly mute/rarely speak. Also a sorta exotic bird on the sidewalk want some chips.
