Tempest Rising is an up and coming band consisting of an electric ray guitarist, a neon goby scratchtarist (try saying that instrument ten times fast), an oarfish drummer and a paddle spined urchin vocalist, this chaotic quartet is making strides to modernize and mix up the music game.
