EP 6：Shopping

アメリカでは返品が簡単なので、アメリカ人迷わず購入→そして即返品しがち。
日本人はあまり返品しないので、時間をかけて商品を選びがち。
フランス人は店に入って来ていいか聞きがち。フランス人に理由を尋ねたら、フランスでは買うつもりも無いのに店に入るのは失礼だと言っていた。本当なのかな？

In the U.S., returning items is so easy that American falks tend to buy things without hesitation—only to return them right away.

Japanese folks rarely return items, so they take their time carefully selecting products.

French folks often ask if it’s okay to enter a store. When I asked them why, they said that in France, it’s considered rude to enter a store if you don’t intend to buy anything. I wonder if that’s really true?
