[P] - Guardian by Obligation

High above the smoldering city of Stanton the dragon soars with a heavy heart, torn between loyalty to his friend and the painful memory of those who wronged him. In the glow of his own destruction, his wings beat with sorrow rather than triumph. In the smoke and ashes below, he sees the ruins of a place that stole his past, struggling with a duty that stirs only resentment and regret.
