Borgalor: Serpopard

Borgalor is my magitech fantasy world with a level of technology ranging from medieval to the late 1990s, home to nine different sapient species and many kinds of fauna, flora and other lifeforms.
Serpopards are feline-like carnivores with a long neck that allows them to snatch fish, birds or young hippalektryons without having to chase them across the often rugged land of Lúrk, the smallest continent of Borgalor. They are capable of using shock magic to stun their prey or when fighting other serpopards over food and shelter.
The cyclopes native to Llúrk are vary of serpopards as the latter have a tendency to attack domesticated hippalektryons, but many find the animals beautiful nonetheless. Elsewhere in Borgalor, they are a popular attraction in zoos.
