Park Hang-seo (Korean: 박항서; Hanja: 朴恒緖; born 1 October 1957) is a South Korean football manager and former player. Park was one of the two assistant managers of Guus Hiddink at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He was most recently the manager of the Vietnam national football team, and is considered one of the most successful managers in Vietnamese football history.

朴恒緒（パク・ハンソ、朝鮮語: 박항서、英: Park Hang-seo、1957年10月1日- ）は、韓国の元サッカー選手。現サッカー指導者。現役時代のポジションはミッドフィールダー。2017年9月より2023年1月までベトナム代表の監督を務めた。 朴監督は02韓日W杯当時、ヒディンク監督とともに大韓民国の4強神話を導いた韓国サッカーの伝説で、その後ベトナム代表監督に赴任してアジア大会初の4強進出、東南アジア大会（SEA）初優勝など、多大な業績でベトナムサッカーの歴史を塗り替えた人物だ。
