Lucy - Enforcer

Full name: Lucy Ilimempha
Codename: Bloodspirit
Intelligence: Bloodspirit has taken up being an enforcer. Or, at least, that's what the other supernatural beings claim. She herself hasn't said one word. For now, she sticks around one of the old ghost towns and appears to have no interest in anyone or anything as long as they keep well enough away.
Recommendation: Avoid Bloodspirit. Stay away from that town. Leave her alone, and hopefully she will leave us alone.
Update #1: A criminal went into that town to escape policemen. We instructed the police to let him go. By the blood-curdling screams throughout the night, we can only assume it was the correct decision.
Update #2: Bloodspirit put the criminal's head on a pike and set it at the entrance of the town. We've officially labelled it a "no-go" zone.
Update #3: There've now been eight criminals who tried to lose the cops through the ghost town. There are now eight heads on pikes at the entrance of the town. Bloodspirit has also made chains of bone to decorate or use as windchimes.
