Do you know? Miko clothes are usually worn by a shrine maiden; notably characters such as Rei Hino, Kikyo, and Kagome Higurashi. Those characters worn a more casual miko cloth like this one Misaki worn.
While Misaki’s main outfit is a miko cloth, it’s rather unorthodox one worn by characters like Akeno Himejima, Kunou, and Reimu Hakurei. It’s sleeveless top with detached sleeves, and red split hakama.
In Parallel Paradise, there are probably three women who matches Japanese culture the best: Nagomi, Hime, and Misaki herself. However, there are numerous women who are likely foreigners such as Lumi, Vanille, and Lee Mary, not to mention Misaki’s fellows mentioned above.
