Some of the alternate universe Katies aren't as out there as the others, like this one. here we have a universe that is exactly the same, except for the fact that this universe's Katie doesn't mind wearing pants. okay never mind, judging by her facial expression that might not be the case.

yeah, when you're in diapers, pants just get in the way(shorts too), keep your padded tushie free!

If she were to poop herself that would be easier to hide (from a distance at least)
