This is my OC, Gary Pickles The Human Shotgun dressed up as a clown. Fun fact, when I first designed my Newgrounds OC, I thought to myself: “Wow, he looks like a football playing clown!” That thought was definitely perfect timing. Here is his original character sheet BTW:
