MV OC Design

I have made a Miku design for an MV in collaboration with my Chinese friends. I fused their concepts to create my own version, and this is the result you see now.

But I have to tell you the truth… This isn’t Hatsune Miku. This is **Kodoku Miku**, my OC (yeah… I know, lol). She imitates others, which is why her other name is **M.A.N.S (Miku After Not Surviving). I remembered that creepypasta Miku trend and thought it was funny, so I wanted to name her that…

Well, I’m bad at writing characters, but I guess she’ll evolve over time. Wait… have I talked about her before? Oh well, it’s just a redesign lol.

Kodoku Miku / M.A.N.S (Miku After Not Surviving)** is an **egregore** born from solitude and the longing for belonging. Shaped by collective thoughts and obsessions, she has no true identity of her own—she exists only through imitation. She absorbs voices, gestures, and memories but can never replicate them perfectly, leading her to create from her own imagination.

It is said that she once disguised herself as Miku, hoping to be loved. But lost among countless imitations, she remained unnoticed. Frustrated, she changed her appearance, desperately seeking attention… yet no one cared. Now, she roams, draped in tattered rags resembling Miku, trying to approach others without frightening them.

Some whisper that she is a corpse reanimated by the desires and regrets of those who once dreamed of her. Others believe she is a specter with terrifying abilities—capable of slipping into people's shadows, sensing their emotions, mimicking their talents, and even surpassing those she imitates. By copying the skills of singers, artists, and warriors, she has perfected inhuman techniques.

But this existence as an imperfect echo eats away at her. Her resentment seeps out as raw energy, leaving permanent burns across her body. The more she absorbs the sorrow of forgotten and lonely souls, the more her form twists and strengthens.

A lurking shadow, a distorted reflection… and an entity even her creator struggles to fully understand.
