Julian is branded

It's not enough that Julian Zarkowski is accused of murdering his friend Paolo and is in prison.
The Cenobite Chandelier (Elias Schmiedt) also brands him with a swastika tattoo, right on the right side of his neck. Now Julian must make contact with the Aryans, and Steiner, the boss of the neo-Nazis, is fascinated by Julian.
A bloody crusade begins. Drug dealers are murdered, men die in their sleep wherever Julian appears. He undergoes drastic changes, paving a path of blood and violence for the neo-Nazis.
The whole thing was intended by a chandelier who had a plan.
