Outfit Name: What The Tide Brought In
Keywords: Summer, Adventure, Practicality
Outfit notes: I thought about the design of this outfit for Phoebe while completing my Riccoli Island fishing records. As Phoebe is a rather practical girl, I kept that trait of hers in mind when planning the outfit.
衣装のメモ リコーリ島の釣りの記録を完成させながら、フィービーのためにこの服のデザインを考えた。フィービーはどちらかというと実用的な女の子なので、彼女のその特徴を念頭に置いて服を考えました。

Hat: One of the iconic parts of Phoebe’s design is a large hat, worn by all Acolytes serving the Order of the Deep. In this outfit, she’s swapped it out for a large-brimmed straw sunhat that will block out the sun’s rays.
Trinkets on hat: Given by the locals. She keeps them pinned safely on her hat.
帽子：フィービーのデザインで象徴的なのは、深淵の騎士団に仕えるアコライト全員がかぶる大きな帽子だ。この衣装では、日差しを遮るつばの大きな麦わら帽子に取り替えている。

White top, shorts, and socks: It’s important not to be overdressed when travelling at sea, especially when fishing and sailing can get rather strenuous at times. You don’t want to overheat!
白いトップス、ショートパンツ、ソックス： 海を旅するときは、着飾りすぎないことが大切だ。特に釣りやセーリングは、時にかなり激しいものになる。熱がこもりすぎないように！

Cape (Removable): Although it’s hot during the day, being out on the sea at night can get rather chilly due to the ocean’s strong winds. As such, this removable cape around her shoulders helps to block out the cold sea breeze.
ケープ（取り外し可能）： 日中は暑くても、夜の海は風が強く、肌寒く感じることもある。そのため、この取り外し可能なケープを肩にかけることで、冷たい潮風を遮ることができる。

Short Boots: Practical shoes with rubber soles. The bottom of the boat can get rather slippery!
ショートブーツ： ゴム底の実用的な靴。船底は滑りやすいので！

Large flag with gold design: I imagine a scenario where on some days, there would be a particularly large catch. As such, she’d wave the flag when in sight of the shore so everyone on land knows to help haul in the large amount of fish that they’ve caught. The pole on the flag helps serve a double purpose to push away the large jellyfish that come out at night!
金と青の大きな旗： ある日、特に大漁になるシナリオを想像する。そのため、岸が見えたら旗を振って、陸にいるみんなに大量に獲れた魚を運ぶのを手伝ってもらうのです。旗の竿は、夜になると出てくる大きなクラゲを追い払うという二重の役割を果たしている！
